Jones Coffee was started with the mission to nourish bodies, transform people’s days, and build a stronger community. This location sits in the heart of Linden Hills, greeting those passing with large garage doors opening onto the sidewalk cafe. The proposal for the reimagined interior welcomes customers with warm wood slat walls that echo the original exposed roof joists. A large skylight brings natural light deep into the previously dimly lit space. The existing counter and back-of-house kitchen prep area are updated with marble counters, subway tile, a large graphic brand identity wall, and a walk-up transaction window for busy Sunday mornings during the Linden Hills Farmers Market.
