This project began with a question – how could Grayspace Architecture and the developer create an integrated design-development system to share expertise and respond to a gap in the housing market? Perhaps their combined efforts would be able to make the most of recent zoning changes in Minneapolis and throughout the Twin Cities with small to medium-scale multifamily homes to provide more diverse housing options, support local retailers, and take advantage of robust public transportation options.
